Oh my gosh, I love this dough hook. It is so nice and heavy and beautiful. Only a baker would say something like this but I cannot wait to use this, I am making some rolls right now. I can't wait to mix up a batch of my cranberry orange scones with my shiney new dough hook. When pouring my ingredients into the bowl they don't seem to stick as bad to the stainless hook as the enamel. This hook will be a great addition to my baking toolbox.
