Faber-Castell Goldfaber Colored Pencils: Back to School Art Supplies Must Have | Soft, Vibrant, Break-Resistant Colored Pencils (12 Count)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was recently sent the Faber-Castell Goldfaber Color Pencil Box and immediately my daughter came to mind. From the moment she started using them, the first thing she noticed was how smooth the color transfers in to the paper. Even with light pressure, the colors came out rich and when she layered them, they blended way better than any other pencils she used. She expressed how frustrating it is when the lead breaks on some of the other brands but with these described them as being very durable and comfortable in the hand. Her only real limitation with this box is the color range. You get the basics , a couple greens, a decent brown, black and white , but that's about it. It's enough to sketch, shade, journal, or do some light artwork, but if you're looking to do portraits or something more detailed, you might feel a little boxed in. Overall, I'd say this set is perfect if you're drawing casually, taking notes in a sketchbook, or just want a dependable set of pencils without spending a ton. They're simple, clean, and feel like a little upgrade from the usual budget brands.

The color will stay on paper forever. It has very beautiful mixed colors which were great options for whatever your project is! The packaging is so pretty very outstanding!
