Excellent!
I've been taking this along with an OTC allergy pill for years. I have very severe allergies (and two fur babies that I'm allergic to), so unfortunately, this alone does not cut it for me. However, I used to have asthma like symptoms being around animals, and I used to take Benadryl or Sudafed for days when symptoms were unmanageable. I do not have that issue anymore. I love that since this is nettle, there's the added health benefits. Also, I don't have to worry about taking too many of these. I take 2 every morning, but then I can always take another 2 later in the day if needed. It's great to keep a few in my purse so that I can continue to enjoy myself if I start to feel something in the area is bothering me and causing symptoms. Love this product!

Excellent!
I tried to stop taking this because I didn't know if it was doing anything for me. Bottom line, I feel better when I take these 3 supplements, Wormwood, Slippery Elm Bark, and Nettle Quercetin. I am hoping for a better microbiome the next time I do Viome.

I found this to be an effective support if taken before and during allergy seasons.
I have probably gone through 20 bottles of this formula...It helps me get through allergy seasons without having major issues. I take two pills per day and take it mostly late Spring and early Fall....I don't react as badly to pollens, grasses and trees as I used to...
