They are had to open after you turn the top off,down inside is a plastic piece you have to pull up on to break the seal.I have had a few mishaps where the creamer flew all over,as I pulled this out.I like this brand for my coffee,but honestly it is hard to open.

I miss Almond cherry macaroons very very very much. How could you discontinue something everyone loved you just didn't make enough. I would look at the one who was responsible for ordering it. There is not a day that does not go by that when I have coffee I miss that coffee creamer. Jill Gorton
