this cleaner breaks down the bio film on bacteria in dogs ears if cleaner don't have that those infections will just continue and be nothing but trouble my vet turned me into this when he did a 1000 dollar surgery on my rottweilers ears . she had had an infection for years and three years later using this no more of that
