I didn't notice that it was a “scratch and dent” product until well after I ordered it, so I was nervous once I saw that. I received from what I can tell, a perfectly brand new vacuum with maybe like 2 of the lightest scuff marks on it, that I only saw after I was eyeing it over very thoroughly to see why it was a scratch and dent. The scuffs are so light, I couldn't even get a picture of it. It came with all the attachments, and all the accessories. Everything was packaged very nicely, just like you would expect with any new product. The box was a little beat up, but wasn't crushed. The box wasn't sealed, but it came with everything, even owners manual. Very happy with this purchase.

Overall great vacuum cleaner.

I bought this item for my wife to replace her broken premier brand stick vacuum cleaner. I bought this item based on a technical review i had read online citing this vacuum's suction power, CFM flow through the pickup tube, and several other factors. My wife loves it. It's fairly quiet so it can be ran in an occupied room without much bother to others. The first run it picked up lots of dirt just a day or two after the previous vacuum had been used (i know i said it was broken, it has an intermittent power issue). I also tested this vacuum myself and really liked it. The features are spot on. The folding tube for under furniture doubles as a sweet storage mode lowering the center of mass so i don't have to worry about this vacuum accidentally being knocked over. Overall my wife and i both really like this vacuum cleaner. I would recommend, and i would buy again. Thanks for taking the time to read this review, my input was not sponsored.
