THE BOTTLE GIVES THE CONSUMER THE CONTACT INFORMATION ON HOW TO GET A COPY OF THE REPORT. VERY IMPRESSIVE. THE SIX PACK WAS ON SALE AND IT HAD A STICKER ON IT SAYING IT WAS A DISCONTINUED ITEM. I THINK IT'S BECAUSE OF THE REGULAR PRICE. THEY GAVE ME A HUGE DISCOUNT ON 3 SIX PACKS SAVING ME OVER $21.
