Great buy for our apartment. I have a German Shepard and a Husky. while they are great dogs, after we moved to a new place, we couldn't keep them out of anything in the kitchen. Once we put up the gate, I haven't had to pick up any trash! It is a little tricky to open for my 7 year old, but it still deserves 5 stars

The best gate ever.

really simple to set up. People are whining about the gap, but in order to narrow it, you must keep tightening it! This gate is not broken! I bought two of them to prevent my beagle dog from running out the front door and the other to prevent him from going into my daughter's room.
