Just follow the instructions. My bed has rails underneath the matress instead of box spring, so we zip tied the feet to the the rails. Very sturdy for my rambunctious 1 year old

It's too difficult for me

I've been trying to assemble it for several days now, and parts keep falling apart. The instructions are not helpful at all. The lifting mechanism is also noisy when raising and lowering it, and getting in and out of bed is inconvenient. It's impossible to change the bed sheets without taking the whole structure apart.
