Nice pan, try to buy in store.

I love this pan, so far. I've cooked sauce, meat and soup in it and it's a breeze to clean. My ladle came with a cracked handle and I won't use it for fear of contamination. Contacted the company and they weren't interested in replacing the ladle so I'm disappointed in that.

Totally stick resistant, oven ready just remove the handle. So much lighter heavy stainless steel thick copper bottom set. can't use metal utensils however they come with the set. No oil requird, just add broth or water if needed. Great price.
