These are a great time saver for holiday baking! The flavor strength is just as intense as the full size canes with just right blend of mint and sweet. They are great for topping cookies, bars and cakes, adding a wonderful peppermint flavor along with making your treats pretty! They are coated with a special glaze to prevent them from clumping up in the bag. Because they come pre-crushed there will be some fine sugar dust in the bag that can be grainy but a sifter works great if you just want the larger chunks for decoration.
