Klein Tools Skribes 2.8 Mm Abs Mechanical Marking Tool With Replacement Lead

A little expensive but cheaper than most,but i love it,I've noticed way more accurate measurements when mark vs standard carpenter pencils,plus any standard 2.8mm replacement graphite fits inside no problem regardless of whether it's klien tools brand or not,definitely going to be buying more...klein tools please feel free to send me some of your latest products and I'd be happy to do a review on them in real world jobsite applications to see how they perform.

This is a fantastic replacement for my Pica pencils that would no longer hold the 2.8mm lead. The only downside to this pencil I could find is the pencils pocket clip deforms over time. I have gone through 3 of these since over a year and the only reason I had to replace them was a coworker borrowed and never returned, I lost one and lastly I dropped one from a 50' scissor lift and it broke on the concrete. It works great and happily replaced my Pica pencils that would stop working after a month of use. The pencil snaps into its holder well and needs little force to remove it but stays where it needs to be without falling out without me knowing. Highly recommend these to anyone that does layout work for panels or works with conduit.
