This is the only product that actually works for baggy eyes, HOWEVER, I still can't wear makeup with it because there's something in the eye cream that causes makeup not to blend well with it. The two just don't mix. I do like not having baggy eyes though. I just can't put makeup under my eyes which is where I really could use it.

Product works well %26 after reading reviews it's definitely not for every skin type %26/or it might be but it's not compatible for everyday use. Reviews state that this product after it's applied %26 dries leaves a white film but I haven't had an issue with that at all. idk if it's being applied too heavily or too roughly or if it could just be their skin type that's causing that effect. I have light-medium skin tone for reference. It temporarily erases my wrinkles/lines %26 gives it that taut look under my eyes for the majority of the day/night until I wash my face %26/or I sweat then I have to reapply it of course. It's the best affordable product I've found so far that does what it claims. It's pricey for the little amount you get but hella cheaper than the alternative of Botox or etc. It's always out of stock/back order so that's gotta say something for the skeptics of this product. I'll continue using this for as long as it works for me. I recommend buying %26 tryin it because everyone's skin is different.
