I love this Vacuum Sealer. It works PERFECT. If the Mason jar lid comes off with the sealer, just take it out of the sealer, just clean the jar lip and place lid of straight. It did not get a good seal because the lid was not on straight and the jar lip was not completely clear of debris.

Cool little gadget

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wanted to get into canning but was intimidated by the pressure cooker and all of the things that went with it. This is a great little device to help me ease into it and get more comfortable and it's just really convenient because it is a nice size unlike a pressure cooker. The screen and button are nicely sized and easy to use and see and it is lightweight and very easy to use. It came with two sizes of lids so that made it really nice and i'm really happy to have this in my kitchen
