This product works! I've read some previous comments to say it didn't work for them, perhaps not. I ENCOURAGE you detox & cleanse your body first and Then BEGIN!!! Stick with a consistent schedule of intake for at least 2 weeks. Reduce your sugary foods and drinks. It will kick in! It will begin to curb your appetite, shape and trim the body. I've been using this product for three (3) years now and I'm happy. Remember the body reacts totally as a whole all over and not just one section.

Finicky Eater Reduces Waist

As you age, you tend to gain weight in areas of your body that you normally had no issues with gaining. Nevertheless, this product has been instrumental in reducing my waist line incrementally. You have to eat only 2,000 calories per day or less, you must take it twice a day, and you must take the pills thirty (30) minutes before you eat. I am a finicky eater, so this product has been good to help me to lose weight in my waist. Especially, if you are finicky like me. I love to eat, but I have a habit of eating a lot of what I like.
