pretty and quality
i loved the fact that it is made out of wood instead of plastic. i also enjoy the pretty printed details on both the outside and inside of the house. The windows are a nice addition to add character. The inculded furniture is a pretty good mix to allow for play or display in my case as an adult collector. My husband assembled it for me, which didn't take too long for him. He did use a power screwdriver at a super slow speed to speed up the assembly. I think it would be nice for either children playing with it or as a pretty display as I'm using it. I did get it when it was on sale, and I would definitely recommend waiting for a sale, which happens fairly frequently.
