Breathe easier with Sudafed OM Sinus Severe No Drip Nasal Spray. This nose spray starts to work in seconds and provides powerful sinus and nasal congestion relief that lasts up to 12 hours. It is formulated with 0.05% oxymetazoline HCI, a powerful nasal decongestant, to clear stuffy noses and relieve annoying nasal congestion symptoms caused by the common cold or allergies. The nasal spray comes out as a fine mist and treats sinus pressure caused by hay fever, shrinking swollen nasal passages so you can breathe more freely. For adults and children over the age of six, dispense two to three sprays in each nostril, not more often than every 10 to 12 hours for relief from severe sinus congestion. Do not use for more than three days. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period; use only as directed.
