I was not sure about buying this product but I was at my wits end. I moved into an assisted living and the toilet had a nasty black ring around the bowl and under the rim. the house keeper said she scrubbed it every week and I did too. Every other day. I was about to give up and saw X-all and the reviews and decided I didn't have anything to lose. I was dumbfounded to see after 1 use that toilet bowl is sparkling. it looks new! house keeper thought the toilet had been replaced! if you have problems use this. put it in the bowl . watch it foam up to the rim. come back in 10to 15 minutes. use your toilet brush . flush! that's it! don't pass this up.

Not bad, not everything

The product did foam and clean above the waterline, but it didn't get the ones underneath. The foam didn't reach areas under the rim, which kept it from making a mess, but missing the surface area that was stained. The next time I use it I will brush the foam under the rim and let it sit there for a few minutes before using the brush and see how that works.
