Healthy Coconut Milk Yogurt

This tasted great. It is Pro-biotic. Take the time to stir it slowly. Without getting to detailed it has excellent nutrient numbers. Take a moment and study the contents. Add some blueberries. Not too many. Anyway, the only downside on this is that it is not readily available. Out of stock when I went back, keep checking but it always out of stock so far but I will keep checking.

I want to buy stock in this Co. Better taste than yogurt vegan. I add to my smoothies every day and as a snack w blueberries. It can also replace sour scream w many things. It doesn't have a strong coconut flavor, if any. Must try. I also save and re-use the nice strong containers this comes in.

hoping vegan yogurt start using better thickening

I usually add berries and chia seed to this yogurt it is definitely not as tasty as the real yogurt to be expected Im a little disappointed they use rice starch to thicken it and it is pretty spendy for the amount you get hopefully this changes with vegan yogurt, adding seeds and fruit in with the yogurt can make it a bit more appealing to the taste buds
