Instructions
You Will Need: 1 1/4 cup water. Do not eat raw batter. Baking Instructions: Step 1: Prep: Remove top oven rack; move remaining rack to lowest position. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Do not grease the pan. For best results, be sure bowl and utensils are clean. Step 2: Mix: Blend cake mix and water in a large bowl at low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds). Beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan and bake immediately. Step 3: Bake: Bake for 38 to 48 minutes. Check cake is done when top is golden brown and cracked, looks very dry and is firm to touch. Do not underbake. Hang pan upside down on heat-proof glass bottle until completely cool, about 1 1/2 hours. Loosen edges carefully with flat knife or spatula to remove cake. High altitude (over 3,500 ft); stir 1/3 cup flour into mix. Add 1-1/3 cups water, mix as directed above, bake at 350 degrees F in 10-inch tube pan for 38-42 minutes. Cool as directed.

The cake bakes as expected, although in less time than the box states, but the key is the crust on it is browned and dry to the touch. I used two loaf pans. Lay them on their sides to cool. The cake was wonderfully moist and gone by the end of the day.

Don't tell me what I can and cannot do.
All the cake recipes say "Don't use a non-stick pan." This was only my third cake, and I had 3 Wilton 8 inch non-stick pans.I used a bit more mix in one pan for the top, a little less on a second pan for the middle layer. 350 deg for 20 minutes, then used 3 office binder clips on each pan to invert them. It worked PERFECTLY. Dark sweet cherry filling and topping, and white chocolate butter cream frosting. Ran into a problem though. It was too fluffy to fit under my cake dome, so I had to eat it all in one sitting. Actually, it freezes and defrosts great, so I'll have fresh cake for a month.

Great angel food cake mix
I make this every strawberry season. It's light and fluffy and tastes great with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. So easy to make just add water and beat well. In comparison to Betty Crocker it's smoother in texture. The only issue I've had was once I had a box several years old which didn't rise as high. Still tasted great
