Mediven open toe soft and sheer thigh highs are so much easier to put on you actually might wear these. My husband even thinks with the lace tops they are sexy. I recently accidentally ordered the closed toe and The Compression Store graciously exchanged them for open toe, and free shipping! Plus the price is better. My cousin died from complications from not wearing compression stockings so I am a big fan of Mediven and of The Compression Store.

I've never had a thigh high that stayed up for more than 10 minutes. The Medi Sheer and soft stayed up for 15+ hours and I never had to even think about pulling them back up. A bit cooler than full pantyhose style but with similar support. I found them so comfortable to the point of forgetting I was wearing them. I am tall and the length was perfect. Has my thumbs up.
