excellent product but too large for my usage.

This mop was far larger than my expectations and was not suitable for a small apartment. I have the smaller Libman mop and mistakenly ordered what I thought were the appropriate replacement mop heads. Upon discovering they were larger, I ordered the 24'mop, however it is way too large and I have absolutely no place to store it. Also, I am pretty small (and old) and could barely navigate it when I pulled it out of the box. Please consider making the smaller (12") Libman mop available in the future...and even more importantly, the replacement mop heads. Thank You, elfina44 Also, your customer service department is far superior to any I have dealt with in the past. Give them a pat on the back please.
