2. Use the little clear squeezable bottle(including in the package ) and then add some water into it

4. Squeeze the water into the tube end,It may not be smooth at first, push the water out repeatedly until the water flows normally

2. Make sure the switch button has been pressed and has one light flashing

3. Make sure the soap outlet and tube is good without any clog,try to clean the tube if it has clog

4. Make sure your hand in the sensor area

5. Contact the seller if the soap dispenser still don't work
