Best calcium supplement I have tried.

Large but smooth so they are easy to swallow considering some of the calcium tablets out there. Came in a nice dark amber glass bottle so I feel the storage of my supplement will be safe. I like that it contains vitamin D for better absorption. I feel it is helping my bones after having kids and losing a lot of strength.

Good quality calcium

This is good quality calcium. The dosage is just the right dosage that my dr recommended. These are easy to swallow as well. I highly recommend it .
