I was using laxatives and it would cause stomach upset and they would take so long to work i had to call out from things, but this tea did exactly what i wanted. good sweet taste from the cinnamon and i had a bowel movement within 15 minutes of drinking it. I had no pain, follow the directions on the box and you should be good! I used 2 teabags though but everyone's body is different and worked well for me. Great to use if you're feeling bloated or constipated!
