I like these for the value. The mouthfeel is slightly more mealy or gritty than wafflebaker brand, but only slightly, and the flavor is great. I notice the texture less when i microwave them than when i use the low heat in the toaster oven. The pancakes are also larger for a more satisfying serving, and aren’t as quick to turn to mush after adding butter/syrup as the name brand is.
