I make a big ice coffee every morning with this, I use instant Nescafé ice roast and a few pumps of Jordan skinny syrup ( my fave is butter pecan) . I also use 8 oz of fairlife skim milk and of course ice 🧊 It ends up being 43 grams of protein %26 I get my caffeine too. 😁

The only one I didn't like was the strawberry - it was too sweet for my taste. I drink them chilled. Texture is very smooth (not at all grainy). I use them as a supplement - not as a meal substitution.
