The price remains acceptable during inflation costs. I would still pay for the Ball name no matter what the cost because the have a proven track record in my household!

I've used this brand of jar seals/caps for over 50 years. I know there are now other brands, but I am not interested in trying them. Over past year I've made diferent kinds of jam and applebutter. Jar seals and caps worked perfectly. The seals gave popping sound that indicates jars were tightly sealed. I opened a jar of applebutter last week. I had to use a butter knife to get seal off. This how seals should work.
