After 2.5 years it stays on when the door is open.
I bought one of these in Jan 2023. It went bad, but I was sent another in March 2023. Recently the button that opens the MW was getting stuck. Now even when it is not depressed, it turns on with the door open. With the door closed, it stops unless you hit start. Is there a way to fix this?
