So I honestly love this, normally I'd choose to go the cheaper route as a budget girly but I refuse to buy another brand omega 3s, first, I surprisingly like the flavor? Also I felt better after the first month using this, but as someone who doesn't eat enough omega 3 rich foods my body was definitely lacking and I felt the difference. At first I didn't take two a day which is the regular amount because I was worried about having a bad reaction but after two weeks or so I started the regular amount just so my body could adjust, I recommend doing that too just to be safe
