She does swim the backstroke, tho sometimes her legs tend to sink,and it looks like she's paddling to stay above water.

Although this is as described when I went back to review the description. I really wish it was larger and better quality. It is quite small, size of an average adult hand and the quality is not so great, eyes and details are not that appealing. It does swim and drain appropriate thus far. It's not worth the long wait.
