A great help for my joints!
When I first started taking this capsule, I noticed a difference. I took the entire bottle. I still seemed to have a wee bit of discomfort in my left knee, so I thought perhaps the capsule wasn't working, so I quit taking it. Wow! That was a mistake! I bought another bottle, and never stopped taking it after that. It has helped me tremendously!! It does help right away, but you just have to keep taking it for a while in order to truly feel the difference 100%. I have NO discomfort in my joints (I also do some exercising and stretching), and would definitely recommend this product!
