I've tried other greens a the taste has been unbearable, but this taste good and can be mixed with water or milk easily. With one scoop a day, you'll definitely notice differences in your gut health. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This super greens powder is power packed with nutritious greens, fruits and veggies and vitamin C. The container includes a scoop so there isn't any guessing at all. You put one scoop with water or in your smoothie or your preferred drink. The powder mixes well with water. It has a sweet, tarty, berry taste and it was enjoyable to drink. I like to drink this first thing in the morning. I feel energized and ready for the day.
