I got ripped off by Walmart!

The flashlight was supposed to come with the 2 big batteries, but it did not. I contacted Walmart online customer service, and they said because it was from an outside vender, there was no refunds or exchanges. I said I just want the batteries. The outside vender sent me an email saying they don't have the batteries, try getting them at a Walmart store. I didn't like that I would have to pay more to get batteries. I tried, but the Walmart store does not carry those kinds of big batteries. So, I have a flashlight I can't use, and I lost my $32.00 plus tax. So, I ordered one from Amazon, which all their products are from outside vendors, where you Can Get refunds and exchanges. Never again Walmart! I feel it was like a scam! So sad, this is a terrible way for Walmart to try to compete with amazon! I never thought this is a way Walmart would treat their customers! Jim in VA.
