Not Durasharp Scissors

I've had a pair of Durasharp scissors and the are excellent. These look like a cheap knockoff. Nowhere on the packaging or scissor is the name Durasharp written. I am very dissatisfied and very disappointed in Walmart for selling an item that doesn't even match the item showed on their website. They will be returned.
