I suffer from chronic constipation, trapped gas and various other stomach distress and this has helped me soooooo much! I actually take 3 pills 2x a day which seems like a lot but it works perfectly for me. I'll never be without this. I am still on a restricted diet though, it doesn't help me digest high fodmap foods unfortunately. But my quality of life is great now. Thank you
