The foot of the boot fit great, had super quality leather——just one very important thing…the leg is just way too thin. The foot is for an adult and the shaft for a skinny child. I just don't understand. I have average sized leg and even after letting the laces way out—too small around.

At first, I didn't wear them much because I bought multiple pairs. But when I finally wore them again, I realized they are incredibly uncomfortable and actually cut into the back of my feet. The design flaw causes severe rubbing in one specific spot, making them completely unwearable. When I reached out to customer service to return them due to what seems like a defect, I was met with zero flexibility or understanding—all because I was just past the 30-day window. It's frustrating to feel like I wasted my money on shoes that are not only painful but potentially faulty. If a company stands by its products, it should stand by its customers. Instead, I feel like I got scammed into buying shoes that are unwearable with no recourse. I wouldn't risk purchasing from this website again unless they improve their policies and customer service.
