This product is intended to ease the senility in senior dogs, and is supposed to take a month or more to kick in. For my dog, I saw changes in one day, which I would think was a placebo effect, except he's a dog. The endless roaming, particularly at night, diminished greatly and he doesn't get stuck in corners very much. He sees less nervous, too. The capsules are too large for a small now, so I gut them open and mixed the liquid inside in his food. He did spit up twice in the first week, so I broke the doses in half -- one part of the first mean and the rest for a second meal. So far, so good.

Anyone with a older dog should use this . Our dog is 17 years old and getting very confused at night. He would nest gor hours. Its called Sundowners. This has really helped him out alot.
