DELICIOUS 😋... I used this as one of the cheeses for my homemade chicken and wild rice soup. I couldn't stop eating it while I was grating it. 😂 It almost didn't make it in the soup. Smooth but parmesisan like texture l. Slightly creamier than parm. It melts so much better than Parm. I will be absolutely trying this as a replacement for Parm in my Alfredo sauce. I think it will be amazing. I'm hooked. 💯 % recommend.

This Dubliner cheese hits different. Got that sharp bite with a little sweet on the back — real nice balance. It crumbles easy but still feels smooth when you eat it. Toss it on a sandwich or eat it straight — either way, it's fire! Highly recommend!
