Our Z23 brake pads are reinforced with carbon fibers to strengthen the compound. Drilled and slotted rotors are cast using the finest G3000 metallurgy with strict OE tolerances - making them a perfect, bolt-on upgrade without the need to make any modifications. Precision drill holes allow for maximum rotor cooling. This keeps the temperature of your brakes down during extreme operating conditions. Rounded slots help wipe away any gas or debris - keeping a clear contact patch on the rotor surface for safe, smooth braking. The 90-day/3,000-mile warranty excludes failure of components due to disc thickness variation (DTV*), usually indicated by brake pulsation. Normal wear is not covered by this warranty.

Solid update for a Riviera
Bought this kit in 2018 for a 1998 Buick Riviera with warped front rotors. I recognized the system from working on several 4th gen F-bodys (Camaro and Firebird) and 2003-2005 Impala Police cars. This kit solved the rotor warpage problems and has been bulletproof for over 30,000 miles on the front of my Riviera. The only drawback is that on long freeway drives the front brakes cool TOO much and I have to heat them up a bit for responsive performance.

Poor Metal Quality
Purchased the front and rear Z23 kit for my Bonneville SSEi 8/29/2018. Less than 2 years and 18,000 miles later, I have a very bad brake pedal pulse from 50 mph and above. Power Stop does warrant these with their 3 year/ 36000 mi warranty, but does not warrant against DTV ( disc thickness variation) which causes brake pedal pulsations. Only positive about this kit is the rotors did not rust.
