i have bought so many of these Mainstays 2 Quart canisters to store sugar, flour, pasta, rice, beans, quinoa, and even candy!!!! They are not only extremely inexpensive, but they are compact, and sport an airtight lid.....I was able to get rid of lots of bags and boxes of dry goods, etc and ibstead secure them in these perfect canisters. i will definitely be purchasing more of these soon. perfect for storage of just about everything!!!!! I love these clear containers for organizing my pantry. I bought this size and also the larger size. They are great for cereal, snacks, dried beans, rice, pasta, They are durable see through clear plastic with a twist on lid that keeps everything fresh. I have bought a total of 12 and I am so happy with my purchase. The Walmart Mainstays brand price is less expensive and better quality then other food storage containers.

fit perfectly in my cupboards

I use these as cannisters, my shelf height is small and these are the only things that fit other than mason jars. No wasted space with them. they also fit perfectly in the drawers of a cabinet in the family room. I needed something mice won't chew through. I live a couple hundred feet from a wildlife preserve and we get lots of critters.
