I like the fact that this canadian bacon is all lean with no fat intertwined in it. I sear 2 slices on a griddle and use it to make a breakfast sandwich with an English muffin, a half slice of pepper jack cheese, grated lettuce, a slice of tomato and a thin slice of onion. Delicious!

Good Tasting Canadian Bacon

It's hard to find Canadian Bacon for some reason. I wanted so to use as topping on a homemade pizza. The leftover was used on homemade breakfast biscuit sandwiches or snack crackers with cheese. It has a good taste and it's not tough like a popular fast food chains muffin sandwich. I will purchase this again.

I bought this for a senior who just had this tube stuck in his gall bladder and so he has to eat low fat foods. He is so used to having 3 slices of regular bacon so I braced myself for the backlash with this bacon. Surprisingly he said it was good. Since I have to use no fat spray I put this on the griddle and I let it stay a while until it is almost burnt so it can have a crispness to it. I think the price is good also. There are 9 pieces for about three dollars. That can be 3 or four servings.
