Finicky but fast eater loves this bowl.

My one year old chihuahua mix pup was eating too fast and throwing up her food in minutes. I read an article about slow feeder bowls and knew Wal-Mart would have just what I needed. The bowl has a reasonable price and arrived quickly. She had no problems adjusting to it and for some strange reason, she likes whatever I put into the bowl where before she would turn her nose up pretty often. The bowl is well made and should last a long time.

My dog gets 1 cup of food in the morning and evening. He woofs it down without even chewing. This bowl has helped so much for him to take his time eating and actually chew his food. Great feeder for large dogs

The design and size is perfect for our large 85lb Golden Doodle that eats 2 cups of food, 2 x daily. He was not able to gulp it down. He even lays down to eat and digestion is better. The bottom black rubber keeps it from moving on the floor but it is not very thick and of course he is 2 yrs old and had to chew on it a little. We just put it up after each meal.
