It has helped my sore throat and it is delicious tasting. It is easy to use and carry with you. It's long lasting taste and even helped with congestion. I like that it is sugar free. The halls helps a little with suppressing my cough after taking allergy medications.I can taste the menthol in it.i can taste honey without it tasting sugary.i like it
