Its been a family go to for great fried chicken. just crush with your hands and add about 2 heaping soup spoonfuls of flour and mix. Dip chicken in whisked eggs, and tap surplus off edge of bowl. Dip in corn flakes and press down into chicken. Fry in hot oil as little as 1/4 of an inch.

They're also good as a coating on chicken; just crush them up fine, add seasonings and dip your egg battered chicken pieces into the crushed corn flakes. Bake until the chicken is done. The corn flakes add a level of crunchy goodness that is unsurpassed.
