Thought it would have some stretch to it but almost no stretch at all but it does have a lot more comfort compared to the stretch tape that hurts or itches if left on too long. I was able to wear this for a normal time frame and not have issues but I have only used it once and opted for the typical stretchy boob tape again instead. Just seemed to work better for my intended use
