I need a what??

So…. I moved to NC from Florida about 8 months ago. A few weeks ago I caught a virus. I was absolutely miserable for over a week. The only time I ever had anything hang on so long was COVID, but this wasn't it. I called my doctor and she said I needed a humidifier. I had heard of them, but having lived in hot, humid Florida most of my life, never really thought people actually used them. Until now. So, I purchased this off another site for $10 more but faster delivery. My head and chest started clearing up after the first night. So yeah, this is a necessity in NC. After using the other one for a few weeks, I bought this one here. They work very well, have 3 different vapor settings, and the light inside looks great in my living room. They also clean up very easily. I read how other reviewers had issues with theirs leaking, but mine haven't. There is some water in the base when you take the tank off, but that's to be expected since that's where the water is turned into vapor. There isn't anything there that the water can damage though. It's also easy to just wipe it out so that no mold or mildew grows there. I personally am very happy with this humidifier and highly recommend it.

Every mist humidifier is on its best behavior for the first month or so. Then, in Delaware and Maryland, the effects of hard water set in. I'm trying something new, using a PRIMO water dispenser and bottles for my CPAP and humidifier usage. It's already working for the CPAP tank...fingers crossed for the DREO.

Bought this for my husband who is blind. Thought it would be easy enough for him to be able to operate. So far so good. He knows how long it will run on a tank of water, so he knows when it should need to be filled again. A neighbor helped him get it set up, and showed him where the power button is in case the power should ever go off. He says he likes it and that he can feel a difference in the room. He told me I made a good choice.
