right sized dishwasher salt

Needed dishwasher salt for the first time as I bought a German dishwasher that requires it for all but the softest water. I live in a condo without a lot of space, so I like the 1kg size. It's more expensive than bigger sizes but also much easier to store an excess as the packages are small. My dishwasher uses about 2kg and that lasts 6 months, so don't buy a large package of salt unless you have the storage space.

It's salt and designed for my Bosch dishwasher. Works great. Too expensive, it's just salt, but I don't trust using third party's and risk damaging my very expensive dishwasher. So I pay and pay. We have hard water and go through 1 of these every other month sometimes sooner.
