Wow! I am blown away by this delicious and healthy product. I'm trying to figure out how something so healthy can taste so divine. It comes in powder form, and I put one scoop into my juice in the morning, or I blend it in to a smoothie. I have had life-long digestive problems, and this miracle powder seems to have made it all better! It has fiber in it too which is a huge plus for me, and for anyone who has a tendency to get “backed up.” Personally, I take medication that makes it difficult for me to go to the bathroom, and this has been a lifesaver for me.
