IMUSA 11" Ceramic Square Grill

I was excited about getting this ceramic square grill because I've only had positive experiences with IMUSA products. I'm always surprise how lightweight their products are, and with this 11 in square grill I was delighted to feel that that familiar sturdy, light build. The positives: Lightweight build - I usually use a cast iron pan so this was a delight to cook with. It was easy to handle and move to a different burner when I was cooking. The handle - It was advertised that the handle is designed to stay cool and it absolutely does. Whatever material the handle is made out of feels soft and stayed cool every time I used the grill. Grill depth - The grill was deep enough to keep most of the grease in the pan and off of the stove. The ceramic coating - Again, coming from cast iron this was a dream to clean. I could clean this thing with ease and didn't have to worry about scraping or scrubbing. Negativs: No lid - The only thing that I could ask for is this grill to come with a lid. There are certain dishes that I feel would benefit from having a lid over the grill, but that's where my complaints end. If you're on a budget and you need a new piece of cookware, you can't really go wrong with this grill. And even if you're not on a budget and want to try out a lightweight ceramic coated grill this is an easy recommend from me.

I received this pan for free in exchange for my honest feedback. This is pan is really great. Everything i have cooked so far has came out good. Nothing has stuck to the pan. I wasn't sure if food would stick but it didn't. My bacon came out nice and crispy. It's very light, not heavy at all. The handle doesn't get hot either. I would recommend this product.
